Devxer Pros is operated by Devxer Technologies ("we," "us"). This policy describes what information we collect through devxerpros.com — including its chat/voice widget, pilot signup form, and the illustrative demo pages for the Immigration, Dental, and HVAC verticals (/demo/immigration, /demo/dental, /demo/hvac) — how we use it, and how you can reach us with questions.

About the demo pages. The pages at /demo/immigration, /demo/dental, and /demo/hvac show fictional example businesses ("Devxer Immigration," "Devxer Dental," "Devxer HVAC") built to demonstrate how the Devxer Pros AI receptionist works for that industry. They are not real businesses. Any appointment "booked" through a demo page is a demonstration booking on our own calendar for illustration purposes — not a real appointment with a real business.

What we collect

Information you share in a chat or voice conversation — for example your name, email, phone number, and details about what you're asking about, that you choose to provide.
Information you submit through the pilot signup or contact form — name, email, website, industry, and any message you include.
Basic usage information — page visits and whether the chat/voice widget was opened and used, collected via Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity (which may record on-page sessions). We do not sell your information to third parties.

How we use it

To respond to your questions and have a conversation with you.
To assess whether a pilot or paid plan is a good fit for your business.
To follow up about a pilot signup or contact request.
To improve the accuracy and quality of the service.

Where your information is processed

To generate conversational responses, your messages are processed by Microsoft Azure OpenAI. As of this policy's last update, that processing currently takes place in the United States. Booking is handled through Cal.com, and captured leads may be stored in Google Sheets or in our own systems, depending on configuration. Contact and pilot form submissions are sent by email through our mail provider.

How long we keep it

An active chat session is automatically cleared after 6 hours of inactivity. Captured leads and form submissions are retained until you ask us to delete them — we don't yet have a fixed automatic deletion schedule, but we're happy to remove your information on request at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing jenna@devxerpros.com.

Security

All traffic to and from this website is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to internal tools that show captured lead information is restricted to authorized staff.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change how we handle your information — including moving processing to a different region — we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
