These terms govern your use of devxerpros.com, including its chat/voice widget, pilot signup form, and illustrative demo pages, operated by Devxer Technologies ("we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Devxer Pros builds AI receptionists for appointment-driven businesses — answering website chat and calls, qualifying leads, and booking appointments directly into a business's own calendar. This site includes illustrative demo pages (/demo/immigration, /demo/dental, /demo/hvac) showing how the product works for fictional example businesses in the Immigration, Dental, and HVAC industries. These demo pages are not real businesses, and Devxer Technologies does not itself provide immigration, medical, dental, or HVAC services.
Demo bookings aren't real appointments. Any appointment "booked" through a demo page is a demonstration booking for illustration purposes only, made on our own calendar — it is not a real appointment with a real business, and no real service will be delivered as a result of it.
Nothing said by the AI assistant on this site, in chat or by voice — including on the illustrative demo pages — constitutes legal, medical, dental, or other professional advice, and nothing it says should be relied upon as such.
If you sign up for a free pilot or a paid plan, that agreement is between you (or your business) and Devxer Technologies, for your own use of the Devxer Pros AI receptionist software on your own website and phone line. The pilot is free for 14 days, requires no card, and nothing auto-bills at the end of it — see our pricing page for current terms.
Please don't use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt or abuse the service, or use it for any purpose other than genuinely evaluating the product.
This service is provided "as is." While we work to keep responses accurate and the service available, we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every response will be complete or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Devxer Technologies is not liable for decisions made based on information provided by the AI assistant on this site.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
